When I Dip You Dip We Dip

T-minus five minutes until the doorbell rings. Perhaps you have some limp celery hanging out in the bottom bin of your refrigerator. Or you need to disguise some "slightly-less-than-crunchy" chips or crackers that have been hiding in your cabinet. Or, just maybe, you're a dignified adult that keeps things for impromptu guests, and you truly are just look for a simple, quick vegetable dip. (Not me.)

But luckily, as in the case of last night, I had some Greek yogurt on hand (ok, actually several tubs due to my slight obsession), and I turned this wonder food into a quick dip that perfectly complimented my can of rosé. I also had Worcestershire sauce (I dare you to try spelling that without a google look-up), thanks to my love of Bloody Marys, but you could also use Sriracha if you're truly in pinch.
So with these two ingredients, a sprinkle of scallions, salt and pepper (I got a little crazy and added some herbs de provence (I mean, it WAS a Saturday night and all), you too can make a homemade dip for all your veggie, chip and cracker needs. Perfect for fooling guests that you were born ready.
you'll need...
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (2% or full-fat is best)
2-3 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of sliced scallions
1 teaspoon of herbs de provence
salt & pepper to taste
to make...
SO EASY! Mix, chill, serve, dip.
